4. Cancellations and Changes
Our cancellation policy:
- Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event date: Deposit is non-refundable, but any additional payments will be refunded
- Cancellations made between 30-60 days before the event date: 50% of the total fee is payable
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event date: 100% of the total fee is payable
- Changes to event details may result in additional charges and are subject to availability
5. User-Generated Content
If you submit any content to us, including photographs, testimonials, or reviews:
- You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, display, and distribute the content
- You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content
- You understand that we may edit, remove, or choose not to publish any content at our discretion
